Usages:

DJ-VH100ˇBDJ-VH160ˇBDJ-VH260ˇBDJ-VH510ˇBDJVH910and DJ-VH1500 etc are suitable for wrenches, auto parts, electrical anchor, valves and screws, machine parts, hand tools, big size bolts & nuts, and various hot forging parts.

It can save material and energy up to 50%. It is easy to operate and heating is produced from inside to outside to assure material constitute to keep good perfect condition. With high efficiency and clean working environment, it gets shiny surface & even constitute & best tensile strength for the products. Reduce working process, without radiating heat that upsetting speed & size is controlled precisely, and any length & diameter are available for manufacturing.
*The control heating system of this machine is 2-step auto exchange.
